Refund policy

1.        RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1.            Coastal Timber Mouldings abide by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”) and shall refund you, within 7 working days after the product has been return to Coastal Timber Mouldings in the same order as it was delivered and you be liable for a handling fee of 10% of the total order amount. This handling fee shall be deducted from the order amount and the balance shall be paid to the customer.

1.2.            In the case of unavailability of a product ordered, Coastal Timber Mouldings will refund the client within 30 working days.
